Life-changing! Grateful for the empowering feedback at our recent 2-day Impactful Influence and Communication masterclass for one of our favourite global retail clients. This signature programme, based on my book ‘Win People Over’, is more relevant than ever in today’s fast-paced world.
It’s a privilege to guide the 6th cohort of leaders from 10 different Maisons – who are passionate, invested, and incredibly supportive of each other’s growth. A special shout out to my amazing co-facilitator, Wendy Leong!
Many participants started applying the influence techniques right after Day 1, and they shared how the results were immediate — impacting interactions with their teams, children, and even spouses. We’re excited for our next session in two weeks, where we’ll dive even deeper.
